Family Profiles!
We now have family profiles that will allow you to add info for each of your pets (which is great when there are different feeding instructions for each pet or different vets!)
The profiles also have some cool features, such as:
- Helping you keep on top of your pets' vaccines by sending out reminders before they are due so that you don’t miss any! (Just be sure to add their vaccine info to their profiles to have access to this feature)
- Celebrate your pets' birthday with a special little birthday notification on their profile the day of, plus it will alert your sitter of the birthday so they can send birthday wishes!
Request Bookings Online!
With PetPocketBook, you can now request appointments online and review or cancel currently booked appointments!
View and Pay Invoices!
PetPocketBook also allows you to view invoices after the bookings are complete and a copy will be emailed to you!
Invoices can be either paid through PetPocketBook (although there is a 5% fee) or you can continue paying with our fee-free options such as Venmo, Zelle or with cash/checks. See the Payment Options page for all options and more details.
