For Weekly or Biweekly services, base price includes scooping for one dog in up to 1/4 acre. $2 per additional dog and $5 per additional 1/4 acre. First service will be at the one-time cleanup rate.

If you book a Pet Care service and Poop’N’Scoop service that will occur during the same visit, we’ll give you 15% off of the Poop’N’Scoop service!
All scoopers will be wearing a purple vest, to make our staff easily identifiable. You will also be able to see which staff member will be servicing you that day via your PetPocketBook Account.
Your scooper will text you to notify you that they are on their way and will send you a text at the end of service confirming that your gate has been properly secured.
We scoop to the best of our ability and once finished, poop will be bagged and left in your outside garbage bin. If the bin is unavailable when we complete the service, the bag will be placed by your gate or wherever you have indicated us to do so on this occasion.
Our equipment will be sanitized between yards. We do ask that your onsite hose be available to us just in case we need to rinse equipment or shoes.
Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If canceling less than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service rate. If canceling the same day, you will be charged 100% of the service rate.
If a scooper arrives and is not able to complete the service (gate is locked, client cancels on the spot, etc.) please note that you will still be charged for the service.
We do ask that your pups be kept indoors while we are there, for safety of our staff as well as being able to complete service in a timely manner so we can keep on schedule.
No services on holidays in order to allow staff to spend time with their families. If your regular service day falls on a holiday, we will happily work with you to reschedule.
Services are weather permitting. If we cancel due to poor weather conditions (heavy rain, snow/icy roads, or extreme heat) we will work with you to reschedule.
